I don’t know how to count the ways of how much I love it here at Paramount Cofeee Project , Downtown, LA. It’s a collaboration between the building’s Jin Ng, Reuben Hills’ Russell Beard and Mark Dundon of Melbourne coffee roaster Seven Seeds. They opened up the empty, dark atrium of the Art Deco building and filled it with brilliant natural light.

With its bright and crisp interior, combined with the sweet scent of freshly roasted coffee , PCP calls you to settle in for the day and watch, learn and enjoy. A delicious and diverse menu is all class! But you never know when that day will come, so go visit early!
