The more I talk to singles , I realize I’m not alone in this struggle. As single people , I don’t believe we should segregate ourselves and solely interact with single people.

Many churches don’t have singles groups for one reason or another. Each part of the body is necessary for the strengthening of the entire body. I have been an active member of my church (Episcopalian) for years but we do not have a singles ministry. Small Groups are where you can know others and be known. They are typically groups of 6-people who hang out weekly for Bible study, prayer, and friendship.

LifeKids helps families raise fully devoted followers of Christ through small groups , worship, and biblical teaching for kids ages birth-6th grade. Volunteer as a small group leader, coach, emcee, and more. Our youth ministry, Switch, meets on Wednesday night to worship and grow together. One doesn’t have to go very far to hear Beyonce’s song Single Ladies” these days. The Pathfinders is taught by Jason Spivey.
